Stress to Reset is a 3-week Introductory Course
Each week includes:
· Short pre-recorded principle videos (15–25 mins total)
· A live group session (50 mins, recorded)
· Gentle practices to try during the week
· Online support when you need
Week 1 – Understanding Stress & Safety
You’ll learn:
Why stress isn’t the enemy
Why healing doesn’t need to be complicated
How safety comes before effort
How your body has been protecting you
Week 2 – Coming Back to the Body
You’ll practice:
Body awareness (sensation, emotion, energy)
Staying with sensation without fixing
Gentle regulation practices
Letting the body lead at its own pace
Week 3 – Integration & Everyday Support
You’ll explore:
How to carry these practices into daily life
What support looks like for your system
How to notice early signs of stress
How to return to safety again and again
In this course, you’ll experience:
Stress-relief practices you can use in everyday life
A calm, supportive learning environment
Simple guidance to help you feel more relaxed and steady
Space to slow down and reset without pressure
